PTS - Patient Transport Service. This is a non-emergency transport service that undertakes patient transport and care to and from hospital and medical facilities.
Discharges from hospital to home.
Inter hospital transfers from a hospitals within Delhi and NCR .
Transports to and from specialist and diagnostic centers for Imaging /Haemo-dialysis*
Patients requiring day care treatment- short stay at medical center.
* special packages exist for those visiting hospitals for MHD bi/tri weekly Haemo-dialysis users .
Local non emergency medical transport .For stable patient .Services includes Nurse Paramedic /minimum ambulance technician.
Recommended for- X-ray, Ultrasound, radiation, dialysis and patients after hospital discharge. Visits to day care centers, patients which would require monitoring of vitals such as SPO2 / blood pressure on the way. Special equipments – Scoop stretchers, Stair chair, basket stretchers and spine boards.
Service hours: 8.00 am to 8.00 pm
Bedside to Bedside transfer of critically ill patients on IABP, ventilator supported / Non invasive ventilation /Bipap. Non invasive ventilation en-route can be maintained subject to medical condition of the patient. Special equipment- Temporary pacemaker, Portable IABP, Multi-Para monitors with ETCO2 monitoring , MRI compatible ventilators.
Service hours:8 am – 8 pm within Delhi and NCR -with prior appointment and case discussion .
For Long distance transfers we may take up to 12 hrs to prepare and respond .Services available up to 450 km from Delhi.
Designed for patients who need transfer to another facility or to return home anywhere from the national capital region to all parts of India. We can provide large size bus with stretcher and oxygen to transport patient and the large no family members who can travel.
Door to door individual or shared ride van service. The standard Hydraulic lifts can accommodate most models of wheel chairs and motorized mobility devices. We provide assistance in transferring psychiatric emergencies and mentally challenged patients. Dedicated and trained team handles the transfer to treating facility. Services are available 9 am -7 pm only for Delhi and NCR only. Please be advised that there are various medico-legal issues with transfer of mentally challenged individuals.
